Lighting designer Travis Shirley has tapped Coemar Infinity Wash XL fixtures for Enrique Iglesias's Insomniac world tour, based on his album of the same name. The tour began in South Africa and Europe last year and will play South America, Central America, Mexico, and the U.S. before heading back to Europe and the Middle East.

Born in the U.S., it is a tour that took stage in Europe, traveled America, and will continue through the Pacific, Central America and Costa Rica. Traveling for 11 months, the tour includes a minimum of six different lighting designs, all based around a central theme of triangles. No one has had more fun on this tour than Lighting Designer, Greg Shipley.

Since Coemar launched its new Infinity Wash XL luminaire at LDI last year, the unit has been in use quite a bit. Designers have included it on such diverse projects as tours with The Police, Martina McBride, American Idol, and numerous TV projects.
